Nitai Roy

Dr. Nitai Roy is a faculty member at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, at Patuakhali Science and Technology University in Bangladesh. He obtained his Doctorate in Microbiology and Immunochemistry from Asahikawa Medical University in Asahikawa, Japan. His research focuses on Microbiology, Food Safety, Food Security, Public Health Epidemiology, Nutritional Biochemistry, and Mental Health. He holds a position on the editorial board of the esteemed scientific journal "PLOS ONE".
