Dr. Alam is an academic, researcher, trainer, data analyst, Outcome Based Education (OBE) expert. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tabuk in Saudi Arabia, and formerly worked as a Research Director at the Institute of Research & Skills Development (IORSD). He has also been experienced in teaching for 11 years as a lecturer at Najran University, Saudi Arabia, and Sylhet International University, Bangladesh. He started his early career as an HR, Admin & Compliance manager in various MNC & domestic RMG and textile industries. Dr. Alam has achieved his PhD in HRM from the University Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. He obtained his MBA in HRM from Magadh University, India, and his bachelor's degree from the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), India. He is an expert in research methodology and data analysis and has conducted numerous in-house training programs at various universities and corporate houses in Malaysia, Oman, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and Bangladesh. He used to conduct webinars on Step-by-Step Thesis Writings, A to Z Research Solutions, Research Methodology, SEM using AMOS, Smart-PLS, and SPSS for researchers, academicians, postdoctoral fellows, and PhD/Master scholars. Dr. Alam also published many research articles in WoS/ISI, ABDC, Scopus, and international conference proceedings, including those from Oxford University, UK, and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He provided consulting & data analysis services for more than 250 research projects using Smart-PLS, AMOS, and SPSS. His research interests are in employee productivity, social compliance, Gen-Y retention, Green HRM, leadership, and soft-HRM. His additional interests are in world history, Islamic history, comparative religion, upcoming events of the world, and Islamic eschatology.
