I am a seasoned educator, registered clinical Midwifery Professional specialist, Maternal and Perinatal Health Researcher. I have over 11 years of experience in coordinating, managing and implementing small to large-scale integrated health projects and have contributed to over 45 scholarly publications including collaborative GBD works. Of these, I led or co-led, primarily authored, served as the last author of articles and published meta-analysis.
My research expertise lies in the areas of women's health, perinatal health research, and sexual and reproductive health, as well as HIV/AIDS. I have extensive experience in advanced review research methodologies.
In my quantitative research endeavors, I have employed a variety of designs, including cross-sectional, case-control, pre-post Quasi-experimental study, and systematic review and meta-analysis.
Additionally, I utilized a range of analytical techniques such as descriptive analysis, one-way, two-way, and repeated measures of ANOVA, advanced linear regression, advanced logistic regression models, DHS data analysis and meta-analysis. I executed these methodologies using statistical software’s such as SPSS, STATA, SAS and R.
During my qualitative research endeavors, I engaged in semi-structured, in-depth interviews, employed both thematic framework analysis and content analysis methods for subsequent analysis.
